Money Movement Options
When it comes to moving money and making payments, ALEC’s mobile and online banking services make it fast, secure, and easy.
Whether you need to set up an automatic loan payment, send money to friends and family, or pay your bills, we’ve got you covered.
Transfer Funds Between ALEC Accounts
To move money between your ALEC accounts, just use the Transfers menu in online banking or in our mobile banking app. You’ll be able to set up one-time or recurring scheduled transfers to any of your ALEC accounts!
Pay a Loan or Credit Card
Use the transfers option in online and mobile banking to make a transfer from your ALEC account or an account at another financial institution to your ALEC loan or credit card.
Visa® payments can also be made multiple ways:
- Pay from your ALEC share account instantly using our Credit Card Valet App.
- Make a transfer from an ALEC account or an account at another financial institution in our Mobile App or via the Make a Payment option in Online Banking.
- Via phone at 847.688.8000 or 800.762.9988 or in person at any ALEC Service Center.
ALEC loan payments:
- Make a payment from an ALEC account or an account at another financial institution in our Mobile App or via the Make a Payment option in Online Banking.
- Via phone at 847.688.8000 or 800.762.9988 or in person at any ALEC Service Center.
- Mail your payment to us using our loan payment coupon.
Zelle®
Sending money to friends and family is fast, easy, and free with Zelle®. Just choose “Send Money With Zelle®” in our mobile banking app or online banking to get started.
Bill Pay
Make your life a little easier with our free Bill Pay service. You can set up recurring bills to be paid automatically, and payments to arrive by the date you select. Learn more on our Bill Pay page.
External Account Transfers
When you want to move your funds between your ALEC account and your account at another financial institution, our free account-to-account transfers are the solution. Transfer money between your ALEC account and your account at another institution and best of all, it's free to you.*
Digital Wallets

Wire Transfers

Member-to-Member Payments
Sending money to an existing ALEC member is a breeze right within Online Banking or the Mobile App. Simply enter the other member's information, how much you would like to transfer from your account, and the transfer date. It's that easy!
