1. All loans subject to credit approval. Application must be received by August 31st, 2025, and the loan must be closed by October 31st, 2025. Applicants will be notified of total closing costs associated with the loan request. Loans available up to 95% loan-to-value (LTV). Property must be owner occupied and a single-family home. Borrowers are required to have homeowner’s insurance on the property.
2. To receive the incentive, open a new ALEC membership and a checking account, establish a $500 monthly direct deposit within 90 days of account opening and sign up for E-Statements. ALEC Rewards Checking account will receive $300. ALEC Free Checking will receive $50.
